More Comments at Google MapThis is a Chinese restaurant. It seems that there are many exhibits at AEON malls mainly in Kanagawa. Speaking of Umeran, it is yakisoba. The noodles are stir-fried until they are browned on both sides, and Gomoku bean paste is stuck inside the noodles, and an egg is poured around the flat noodles to give it a grilled feel. You eat the noodles by breaking them open as if you were prying them open, but I think it's delicious even if you add vinegar or mustard to change the taste. You can have it individually, but you can also choose from the set menu, which includes egg-studded soup, almond tofu, spring rolls, salad, and more, so be sure to give it a try.
You can enjoy the view of the north side of LaLaport with the sunlight coming from the bright windows. A Chinese female manager is in charge of the chefs and staff. I'm surrounded by young store employees, but in terms of energy, I guess it's because they're so busy that they don't have the time. However, the food menu is as good as its reputation, and the taste is satisfying, so we hope you'll give it a try!
I ordered the Umeran Yakisoba set from this restaurant's main menu. It felt oily, probably because I don't usually eat oily foods. However, the crispy noodles and vegetables inside give you a nice texture, so you can easily finish it. I was able to choose a side menu from the set menu, but since I chose spring rolls, the skin was crispy and I had no complaints, but it was covered in oil and oil, which I regret a little! They also have salads and dim sum, so I would have preferred that. The inside of the restaurant is large and there are window seats and large tables. The miscellaneous goods inside the store are cute (^^) I went there on a weekday afternoon, and there were relatively many people.
