When I visited on a Sunday around 1pm, it was full. I entered the store after waiting about 10 minutes. As I was looking at the menu, thinking about what to have, I noticed that there were two types of mapo tofu, and I couldn't decide between the Sichuan mapo tofu and the Oukatei mapo tofu. The mapo tofu was more voluminous than I had imagined, and when I lifted the bowl, I felt it was quite heavy. Also, it looked and tasted quite good. If I visit again, I would definitely like to try the Sichuan mapo tofu as well. By the way, refills of rice are free for the general public. I think the lunch set is quite cost-effective as it includes a drink. On the way home, I asked the owner from the kitchen? The person greeted me with a loud "Thank you very much!" and I felt that it was a place where I could have a pleasant meal. The inside of the store is a little small, with only 3 tables for 4 people and 2 tables for 2 people, so it seems that there are many times when it is full.

2023/5/18 First visit I visited before 11:30 on a weekday Thursday, and there were two previous customers. Two groups came from the second half of the meal and the place was full. I couldn't decide between mapo tofu or tandan noodles, but this time I ordered the famous tandan noodles. Shortly after ordering, a paper apron, salad, and pressed vegetables came out. After that, you don't have to wait too long to get the dandan noodles. Wow, the noodles look like orthodox tandan noodles, and my expectations are high. The soup has a lot of sesame flavor, but it has a smooth texture, and the noodles are delicious. The meat is a little larger and has a satisfying texture, and the bok choy is just the leafy part, which is fine for me. It looks bright red and spicy, but it's mild and doesn't stick to your skin, so you won't feel numb, but in the second half it was so spicy that it made you sweat. The women in the hall also had a soft demeanor and were very attentive, giving me a good impression (although one of them seemed to be in training). Next time I want to try mapo tofu.
