Yamato, Kanagawa, Japan｜張輝 中国料理店[日の丸]🗾

A Chinese restaurant located about 5 minutes walk from the south exit of Yamato Station. In addition to regular Chinese dishes, there are also unique dishes such as rice flour. There are table seats and some counter seats inside the store. This time I ordered pork trotter ramen. Pig's feet sit in hot water noodles topped with stir-fried vegetable offal. The soup, which has the flavor of vegetables and offal, goes perfectly with the sweet and salty stewed pig's feet and is very delicious. The pork trotters themselves had no odor and were so creamy that you could feel the careful work that went into them. The owner runs the restaurant by himself, so it takes some time from ordering to serving the food, but it's fun to sit back and wait.

Almond ice cream is exquisite. The menu and prices are typical of what you would call a Chinese restaurant in town. They have strict measures against the coronavirus and a set of services, so daily use is cheap. Almond tofu is everywhere, but when it comes to almond ice cream, it's almost impossible to find. The apricot ice cream served at the end of a spicy Chinese meal is a special treat, so I highly recommend it.
