A type of bean paste that does not leave juice on the bottom of the dish instead of being crispy. The reason why this doesn't happen is because the water in the tofu is drained with time and effort. Because we add that extra effort to the firm tofu, the tofu will not fall apart until you finish eating it. Originally, I'm not good at the monotonous hotness of chili peppers, but the numbingly deep spiciness of the Sichuan pepper base is strangely OK. Of course, Seito's Sichuan mapo tofu is the latter. If you think it's similar to Marumiya, Machichuuka, or Bamiyan, you're right. The direction of taste is different, but as a way of thinking. If anything, is it close to authentic curry? Almond tofu is also super delicious.

The fresh aroma of mapo tofu is amazing! Spicy but delicious! Saturday and Sunday lunch is 1,500 yen (excluding tax), but it's well worth it. You can choose dim sum or an appetizer, choose a main course, and the dessert, almond tofu, is delicious.
