I had heard for some time that it was one of the best Chinese restaurants around Ofuna Station, but the other day was my first time visiting. The atmosphere inside the store is quiet and calm, giving the sense of the formality of a long-established store. It was lunchtime, but perhaps because the restaurant was large, it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to sit comfortably. The reason will become clear later. That day, I ordered the daily lunch special. Stir-fried squid and mushrooms with flavor. I was impressed when I saw the food being delivered to me. The appearance is beautiful, and the overall harmony of the main dish, side dish, soup, vegetable salad, rice, pickled vegetables, and dessert can be seen, and at the same time it matches the atmosphere of the restaurant. For example, it's worth visiting just for the dessert, Almond Tofu. Stir-fried main dishes are made with skill in every detail, including color, texture, preparation, and cutting. The ultimate dish is the Matsukasagiri squid. The amount is sufficient and a considerable amount of effort is expected. As for the taste, it's perfect. Next is the soup, which could become one of our signature menu items. The rice is also excellent. Salads seem to vary depending on the day. On this day, it was a special dish with a dressing of paprika, red onion, and green lettuce with sesame oil. I visited several times after that, but the highlight was the Wednesday lunch special. That day's dish was Happo Na, a luxurious dish made with plenty of seafood and meat. The daily lunch special seems to serve as a microcosm of the entire menu (all-in-one). I think it attracts customers later in the evening. This is because I am drawn to such things, and I think there are many people who have the same impression. The lunch service covers the entire menu (one-in-all), which is why the restaurant is not full at lunchtime, and on the contrary, it is crowded at night.

The lunch set menu is delicious and a great value. The interior is Showa-style, but the taste is good, so I keep coming back.

The gyoza and shumai are very delicious. The gyoza were large, meaty and juicy, and I really liked the way the skin was browned. I went to try the shumai as the staff advertised it, but it was delicious and not like I could get it anywhere else.
