More Comments at Google MapThis is a Chinese restaurant in town that has regular customers no matter when you go there. The biggest feature here is that no matter what you order, it comes with a complimentary salad. It also comes with ramen or fried rice. It is also recommended for health-conscious people who prefer to eat vegetables first. It's family-run and has a homely feel, and the set meals come with multiple small side dishes, making them very satisfying. The fun of town Chinese cuisine is finding the menu that suits your taste. I visited and had several menus, but I discovered many things. I think the taste is a little more authentic. My recommendations are the oil and chicken set meal and the shrimp chili set meal. This is a Chinese restaurant where you will want to try various menu items.
Based on the reviews and photos, I wanted to try fried rice more than before, and the parking lot was empty, so I went in for the first time. It's a family-run restaurant with a welcoming and homely feel, and it's a very bright, small-town Chinese restaurant with an extensive menu. There were various types of fried rice, but I ordered "Gomoku Fried Rice". When I sat down, the ``appetizer'' mini salad came first. I had a large serving of fried rice. It was quite a bit, but I managed to finish it all. There were a lot of ingredients in it, and I was surprised to find that it included fried shrimp the size used for shrimp chili. The seasoning is not soy saucey, but rather sweet. It had a (oyster sauce?) taste, but I never got tired of it and it was very delicious. Next time, I would like to try the classic ramen and gyoza.
A town Chinese restaurant with roots in the region that has won the Sagamihara Shop Grand Prize and has been loved for many years. When I visited, most of the customers seemed to be regulars, but the taste was truly authentic, with a sincere approach to orthodoxy. Although it was a take-out option, each meal was delivered piping hot, true to the catchphrase. The seasoning is generally sweet, and in a sense it has a gentle taste that will appeal to people of all ages. You can see that the seasoning is delicate and carefully prepared. Among them, the fried rice is exquisite, and it lives up to textbook expectations, with a magnificent aftertaste that makes you feel proud that you are the true taste of urban Chinese cuisine. This is the result of many years of trial and error, and it is an overwhelmingly perfect dish with a classic, heavy flavor that is probably made with chicken broth. I would like to pay my respects to the quality of the dignified fried rice, which stands out from the new restaurants that are flourishing with unique and modern flavors. Watching the chef shake the pot vigorously but carefully, I sensed the stubborn spirit of a craftsman similar to that of a swordsmith. Not only the fried rice but other items were also delicious. However, on the other hand, we do not just follow the standard route and settle for nothing; we also support PayPay payments in line with the times. We also got a glimpse of a flexible side to the world's circumstances, something that is difficult to deal with in urban China. Next time, I would like to eat in and relax.
