The owner here is definitely skilled and skilled. In other words, whatever you eat is delicious. The stir-fried beef tripe with mustard and mapo tofu are especially great. You can see that the preparation is done carefully. This is a great restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Chinese food at a reasonable price without having to go all the way to Chinatown.
