We definitely recommend the homemade gyoza and the handmade noodles tanmen or stir-fried noodles! The dumplings in particular have a lot of flavor in the sticky insides, and go perfectly with the chewy, handmade skin. My favorite gyoza that I sometimes remember and want to eat! There are a variety of seats including tables, counters, and tatami rooms. I often see people with children. A local Chinese restaurant loved by everyone, run by a kind wife who works hard and a loud voice, and a father who silently cooks the pot.

I asked for fried rice, but it seems to be a repeater with a nostalgic old-fashioned taste. Fried rice comes with soup and is delicious. The proprietress said that she has been doing it for over 40 years! Next time I want to drink dumplings and beer.
