Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜好々亭

Went there for lunch on Thursday, October 7, 2022. We figured that it may not be too crowded since it’s raining. We were proved wrong, as there were people waiting in line outside. Ordered “tan men” - ramen noodle with stir-fried vegetables and pork, and it was a lot and tasty. Their speciality is “katame yakisoba,” stir-fried noodle with veggies and pork Hong Kong style, and I definitely would like to try it though I doubt that I would be able to finish it.

Yakisoba (katayaki) is served on a 30cm platter with crispy noodles and plenty of bean paste. It's not a large portion, but it's full of volume. The fried rice is moist and delicious with a variety of ingredients.
