This is our store visit on August 2, 2023. There was originally a location called Hakusan, but this is the main store, which was run by the father, but upon his retirement, his son, who had been running the business in Hakusan, moved here. All the dishes are delicious. All of the dishes seem to be Sichuan dishes, but there are some with a twist (such as salads), and they are all delicious... There are two types of cold noodles in the summer, but Kokoira is also popular. I like fried rice, and this is a type of fried rice that you can't find anywhere else. Please come and try it when you stop by. And the most famous dish is mapo tofu. The lunch set comes with ohitsu rice, soup, and a mini salad. The taste is a little strong, and it might be salty if you eat it with fried rice. It goes great with ohitsu rice! ! Based on this combination, I think this is the best mapo tofu I've ever eaten in my life. The only problem I have is that sometimes the rice isn't cooked the right way (a pattern that often occurs in Chinese restaurants). Other than that, it's a really great store. It's a hidden (\(_ _)excuse me❗) famous restaurant near LaLaport. A delicious 😋Chinese❗Sichuan restaurant that hits the spot. It seems that the shops near Kamoi Station have been integrated here. You will receive a two-course lunch (approximately 80% of the amount of a single item lunch). Super spicy 🌶️🔥❗ "Fuku Mapo Tofu" is a bright red, delicious masterpiece. It's a neighborhood restaurant, so the flavors are familiar to me since I was a child. The store has been closed for a while due to renovations, and due to the coronavirus, I haven't been able to go to Fukurokuju. Today I had Fukurokuju's cooking for the first time in a while. It was delicious. Although the color of the food looks dark, the seasoning is light, but it doesn't have a vague taste. Braised pork has a hint of pepper and is one of my favorite dishes.
