Ordered a la carte today. The fried rice is fluffy and delicious. The ankake yakisoba is voluminous and satisfying. Of course it's delicious 😋 Finished with almond tofu. Next time I'll take a course.

Chinese food like the finest imperial cuisine. I've been to quite a few stores, but this is my first hit in a while. Better than the high-end stores in Yokohama Chinatown. The explanations of the dishes are thorough, and you can share large plates. I received a course worth 12,000 yen. I was surprised at how fried the bone rice crackers from the whole Kinme dish were! It was my first time experiencing the texture of mushrooms, and the lychee soup was innovative and fragrant. There were so many surprises, and I feel like my lifespan has increased by 10 years!! I gave it 4 stars for the service because the waiter couldn't answer my questions and I had to ask the chef each time. The atmosphere was luxurious, quiet and relaxing, but there were no decorations placed under the downlights to highlight the decorations, so the light reflected off the marble counter and it was too bright.

The unique noodles are chewy but can be easily cut into pieces, and the soup is creamy and thick with a fluffy aroma of green sansho pepper. It's very delicious.
