1. Exquisite tanmen is exquisite. The best tanmen I have eaten. 2. I ate duck onion miso ramen. The combination of duck meat and miso is excellent, and it's been said that it's been said for a long time. 3. Boiled Undon was on the menu extensively, so I ate exquisite tanmen and boiled Unton set meal. The boiled cloud comes with black vinegar, chili oil, and soy sauce as seasonings, so you can mix them in a small plate and eat them according to your preference. As you would expect from a long-established Chinese restaurant, you can enjoy a smooth texture and a firm meaty texture. If you eat exquisite tanmen and undon, it will be full of volume, so it is not recommended for those who have a small appetite. It was a great satisfaction.
Hodogaya store's tanmen + mapo tofu was introduced in Matsuko's Unknown World in December 2019. At first I thought the tanmen was ordinary, but it was quite delicious. Crunchy yet sweet vegetables and shiitake mushrooms? The thick noodles are topped with a rich soup stock that is exquisite. I felt like I had eaten delicious tanmen for the first time in a while. Mapo tofu is relatively ordinary and has a miso-like flavor. I thought it would be for families, but it has a bit of Japanese pepper. If you can eat spicy food, you can add chili oil from the table to make it much better.
