It’s delicious, come and eat! The price is not bad either! Very full! The spiciness of Mapo Tofu is still conservative, hahaha! But it’s still delicious! Very fragrant, crispy pork. Cash only, don't forget to bring it. I ate them all!

There used to be an auto parts store, but after this store closed, renovations began, so I was wondering what kind of store it would be, and before I knew it, it had turned into a Chinese restaurant. Next door is a delivery specialty to the red-light district? There is a Chinese restaurant "Touka". I was planning to visit soon after it opened, but in the end I decided to visit last night. For a while after the store opened, they were running a half-price campaign for all alcoholic beverages, but unfortunately it didn't make it in time (T_T). When you enter the store, a female clerk who seems to be of Chinese descent greets you with "Welcome!" in relatively fluent Japanese. The inside of the store is surprisingly large, and all table seats... No, I'm not sure, but I think there was a counter seat on the right side... This restaurant felt like Sichuan cuisine was popular (or recommended). Of course, in addition to Sichuan cuisine, there are standard items in Chinese cuisine, and it seems that they are dealing with Chinese cuisine in general. First of all, as a drink, I had a mug of draft beer, "Suntory Malt's", which I haven't had the chance to taste recently. This was delicious again, it's not dramatically cold, but the taste is very good. While I was satisfied with the beer, I ordered stir-fried garlic chives at the request of our assistant, small pork noodles at my request, and special pan-fried gyoza dumplings. It's only char siu noodles, but it's nice to have a small ramen after drinking. Nirareba stir-fried ingredients of liver, bean sprouts and leek are fried with a relatively refreshing seasoning that is not too salty. Of course, the liver has almost no peculiarities, and it is easy to eat because it is cut small, and the texture is juicy and soft. The bean sprouts covering the liver are also crispy and fresh. The small size of pork noodles felt relatively large for 380 yen. The noodles are normal thick and slightly curly noodles, and the condition is just right. The ingredients were bean sprouts, chopped green onions, carrots (rare but very few), spinach (Komatsuna?), and some small chunks of chashu, which were delicious. The soup is a clear soy sauce soup that seems to be based on chicken bones, and you can feel the unique flavor of spices, and the moderate amount of floating oil deepens the flavor. The dumplings are rare in the last few years, and the Chinese cabbage has a very good crunchy feeling. I don't really feel the flavor of garlic or chives, but I thought the taste of meat was pleasant. You will notice that there are two types of grilled dumplings here, one is the special dumplings mentioned earlier, and the other is "Mara-yaki dumplings". When I asked the store clerk, it was a spicy gyoza, so I ordered it with boiled gyoza. And we also ordered lemon sour. A few minutes later, the maple-grilled dumplings arrived, and the moderately spicy spiciness was indescribable. Since the gyoza itself has a spiciness, I don't think it's necessary to add chili oil to the dipping sauce, but it's still more delicious to have it with chili oil. I definitely prefer the spicy gyoza dumplings. Boiled dumplings are reasonably priced at 280 yen and include 5 chewy gyoza dumplings. Isn't it made of mochi? (I can't believe that's the case...), the chewy boiled dumplings have a refreshing taste to the bean paste inside, so it's delicious just by dipping them in some sauce. Thank you for the meal, Sichuan cuisine is a gourmet restaurant, and it was a waste that I only ordered dumplings, but when I visit again, I would like to ask for mapo tofu.

I went to a Chinese restaurant that opened recently. This was a big hit. It's reasonably priced and tastes great. Depending on the day of the week, drinks may be half price. Lunch is reasonably priced. I will definitely come again. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including alone, with friends, and as a couple. The ceiling of the store is high and it feels clean. I'm very happy to have a good store nearby.
