I visited for lunch. If you arrive before 12:00, you can enter without lining up. (I have never lined up at night either) You can order the lunch set menu or share. There are counter seats and table seats, and it is a restaurant that can be enjoyed by one person or a group of three generations. We often order familiar menu items such as dandan noodles, mapo tofu, fried noodles with ankake sauce, fried rice, and dim sum, but the food is not too oily, so even those who are recovering from illness or the elderly can enjoy it. It's convenient because it's close to the station platform.

I think that the feeling of customer service depends on people, but I didn't have any problems. However, I am not a person who is very particular about customer service because I judge the quality of the store based on the food, atmosphere, and cleanliness rather than customer service. I love mapo tofu myself, and I love this store as a store that offers a certain amount of quality mapo tofu at a certain price. I love mapo so much that I want to go on a trip to China one day to find the world's most delicious mapo tofu. I go to eat mapo tofu somewhere about once a month. This store is my favorite if not my best. After eating mapo tofu and rice, I get full and stop eating other dishes, but sometimes I order other dishes. But mapo tofu is still the best, other dishes are also delicious, but not so much as mapo tofu. I order two bowls of rice because I can't handle mapo tofu with one bowl of rice. I believe that mapo tofu is one of the best side dishes for rice in the world.

The portions are large, so if you go with a few people and share, you can eat a variety of things.
