Super nice! I love this shop,

I ordered the Cantonese noodles and dumplings, which have received good reviews, and the tsure tanmen, half-fried rice, and bottled beer. We arrived in the afternoon and there were 2 people waiting. There was a large fan outside the entrance and it was in the shade, so we were able to wait comfortably. While I was waiting, I thought of my order and wrote it down on the memo at the entrance. After waiting for 30 minutes, the gyoza came out as soon as we were seated. Delicious gyoza with lots of chives. Other menu items are also served quickly and the Cantonese noodles are thin and have lots of toppings. It also contained ham, which you don't find anywhere else. Tanmen is also delicious. Thin noodles with lots of vegetables and maybe a little salt. Half-fried rice with plenty of eggs and a gentle taste. The lovely lady's service was also very considerate. I will repeat it again.

This store is local but I've never been to it. I went there because a YouTuber I often watch who eats and drinks is said to be in Kawaguchi's No. 3 spot. The inside of the store is small, but the taste is satisfying. I ate my favorite mapo ramen, but it didn't have sansho (Japanese pepper) in it, which I loved. I want to try tanmen next time.
