Around 8:30pm on a Sunday night, I decided I wanted to eat Chinese food and decided to visit. I couldn't find a parking lot, so I ducked under the noren and asked. The very friendly owner came out to the front and told me that it was next to a cram school across the street. If the cram school is open, you can park one car in the back, and if the school is not open, you can park in the front. As I sat under the noren curtain, my impression was that this was a clean and stylish new-generation Chinese restaurant. Perhaps because of the location in a university town, the rest of the staff, including the owner, appear to be college students working as part-time workers, one male and one female. Even if it is a private store, having young employees among its employees is really significant. Although the restaurant advertises Dandanmen on its signboard, a young male employee says that his other ramen is just as delicious. They also provide small bowls for sharing. So I gave the tandanmen to my partner, ordered the sura tanmen, and then the gyoza. We had a drink outside while waiting for our food. The smoking area at the front is like a terrace seat, with tatami mats on the seats and a kamameshi bowl as an ashtray on the table. This is a sense that you will want to imitate at home. Well, it seems that the noodles were brought after the gyoza, so when I returned to my seat, there was a thin and beautiful bowl of sura tanmen on the table. Although it doesn't pack a punch, it's an exquisite dish that you'll never get tired of. My partner's dandan noodles also had almost no spiciness, but they were nutty and fragrant. It can be said to be a light type of dandan noodles. Gyoza is a dumpling, and although it is modest, it has a strong flavor of bean paste and meat juice, and it is a solid deliciousness in today's world. I still like the town Chinese cuisine that retains the Showa era, but there's nothing wrong with the atmosphere of a new generation of town Chinese cuisine that has adapted to the times. This is a store that you will want to come back to again. Payment is in cash only.
Saitama: My "famous restaurant" P Yu, which I have become distant from because I almost no longer eat out at night. 2022-12-10-A languid Saturday evening after returning from a trip to Kyoto Usually, I don't eat out at night unless I have guests. In the past, we used to host ``meals'' with three or four families in the neighborhood, but now that each family is older... My companion and I decided to go to Tantanbo on this day. Although it was Saturday, I had read that if you were after 17, you wouldn't need a reservation. However, perhaps due to the recession, or perhaps the number of customers has not returned yet, there were three empty tables, and I was ordered to seat four people. Last post was 8 years ago (;∀;) I'm sorry, isn't it? As soon as I walked in, the first thing I wanted was beer. That's right. The reason I refrain from eating out at night is because I want to drink. Therefore, it will definitely be a restaurant within walking distance. And ``oysters'' that I've been wanting to eat for the past few days. I had the stir-fried oysters with sweet and sour chili peppers, so I'd like that. Oysters that look plump can't taste bad! My companion ordered ``Tender fillet with sweet and sour pork''. I'm happy with the carefully decorated knife. The beauty of onions. You can tell from just one bite that the quality of the pork used is high. Why has it been such a long time? I stopped by for lunch several times during the coronavirus pandemic, but it was closed. I would like to visit you at least once a month from now on. When I was making swigs with fresh lemon sour and shochu with hot water, my companion said, ``It's a super popular spring roll.'' We finished off with another delicious ``almond tofu.'' In the past, I would have ordered ``Sulatan'' after this, but now I'm old. I am 68 years old (^^♪ I've been going here since shortly after it opened. Still about 10 degrees? You can enjoy home-style Chinese food with a difference. For lunch with the family. I use it for launches with friends. A must-order item. ·sweet and sour pork ·Spring roll ·Hot and sour soup ・Almond nuts etc. Personally, I think I like hot and sour soup the best. You'll want to eat it even after drinking a lot of alcohol. It's a small shop, so I always make sure to make a reservation if I'm going to use it in the evening. This is a shop that will make you feel warm. It's been a while since I last visited. Also, this is my second time coming alone. Yes, I came here once by myself for lunch. Lunch here comes with the popular harumaki. (Even now?) Well, tonight, after successfully completing work with a new client in Hamamatsu, I drove 300km, threw my luggage at the front door, and ran in on my bicycle. We arrived as dusk approached. Several bicycles are parked in the narrow storefront. 8 people at 2 tables and 1 person at the counter at the entrance. He hung it on the counter in the back (seats 3-4 people) and said, ``We apologize for the long absence.'' First of all, “Ikusho” The duck meat (?) that came with it was delicious! Looking at the menu, there are standard menu items that have been around since the store opened, as well as some new items. Today is New menu item ``Crispy chili pepper'' 310 yen. I received it for the first time. Is it a dried food item from China? It's like drying or frying large, not-so-spicy chili peppers sliced into rounds and tossing them with peanuts. It goes well with alcohol. I immediately ordered a second glass of "Blueberry Vinegar Sour" for 410 yen. Now, I'm wondering what to order. There are many things that one person cannot eat. I have decided on "Suratan" as the last one... I ordered the seasonal "Stir-fried oysters with sweet and sour chili peppers" for 980 yen. There were 7 or 8 large, plump, crunchy, and juicy oysters. The green onion and garlic stalks had a nice texture, and I ended up eating four oysters. (Usually about 2 pieces). Lastly, we have the ``Souratan'' for 620 yen. Of course, if I'm hungry, I'll try the "Sula Tan Noodles"... I ate it all in no time, fufuming around. It was a healthy meal. It was a feast.
