The mapo tofu here was amazing. Many reviews said it was delicious, so I ate it with high expectations, but it was much more delicious than I expected. Although it is a small town Chinese restaurant, the mapo tofu is so authentic that it surpasses the others. There are no other restaurants around here that serve such high quality food.

This is a delicious restaurant serving Sichuan cuisine. It seems that the price will increase from April 21st. My favorite is the shredded zha sai noodles, which are stir-fried with shredded bamboo shoots, zha sai, and pork, and the mapo tofu is flavored with sansho pepper, which is perfect for someone like me who likes spicy food.

I was impressed that the familiar taste that I often ate when I was a child still tasted the same even after eating it for the first time in 20 years. I love miso ramen with its rich and aftertaste, and the miso ramen here is what made me fall in love with miso.
