I've been interested in this restaurant for a while because they have a Tamashamo menu. It was also posted on the stopover and YouTube channel. I was particularly interested in oyakodon so I ordered it. It was exquisite, with a rich egg flavor and the more you chewed the chicken, the more flavor it came out, and the texture was good. I was glad that the seaweed was also a great accent. The pickles also came with pickled plums and pickled vegetables, which went well with the chopsticks rest. It came with half a bowl of ramen and was salty, but the flavor of the oyakodon was neutralized and the flavor of the salt ramen broth was good. The almond tofu was also delicious without being too sweet or flavorful. It was extremely satisfying. The one in the background is the fried chicken that my brother ordered.

Three of us went to have lunch. We shared Shamoyaki, Shamo Steak, and Oyakodon, all of which are made with home-raised chicken called Tamashamo, so the steak and Shamoyaki were chewy and chewy, and the Oyakodon was soft and fluffy. it's the best. Furthermore, the salt ramen that came with the set was light and flavorful with the strong chicken stock, which was just the way I like it.
