After 6pm on a Saturday night, it was crowded and I waited outside for about 30 minutes, when the shop owner noticed and said sorry for keeping me waiting... The skin of the gyoza🥟 was chewy and very delicious. After paying, I was very happy to be seen off by the owner, mother, and staff.

I currently live in Saitama City, but I eat beer and gyoza several times a year. I'm going to eat fried rice.

A long-established Chinese restaurant near Kamifukuoka Station. There are 8 table seats. During mealtimes, customers come one after another and it gets crowded, so it's better to sit at a slightly different time. The fried rice has chashu pork and kamaboko, and has just the right amount of salt, making it a delicious local Chinese flavor. The hard yakisoba is fried noodles topped with a richly flavored bean paste, and has a flavor that goes well with beer. The soba noodles with shrimp and stir-fried vegetables are also seasoned well and will make you want to eat them again. The popular gyoza can sell out quickly on some days, so if you want to try it, it's best to come early.
