The stir-fried vegetables only contain vegetables, but perhaps because they were cooked properly, the sweetness and flavor of the vegetables come out so deliciously that you don't even notice that there is no meat. I didn't see hiyashi chuka on the menu, so I asked and was told it was available, so I ate it and it was delicious too. The ground sesame sauce and soup went perfectly together. The store is spacious and clean, and the staff work efficiently and make you feel comfortable. It's a little pricey, but it's worth the price.
