I really wanted to eat gomoku yakisoba in Shanghai, Ohashi-cho, Sano City, which I used to go to when I was an office worker, so I did some research and visited here for the first time in 15 years. It has been five years since they moved to their current location, perhaps due to the flooding of the Akiyama River. We had the same name, so I went in and saw my mom's face and was convinced. After all, Shanghai's Gomoku Yakisoba is the most delicious around here! The noodles are chewy, the bean paste is not too thick, and the flavor is strong. The chopsticks go well with mustard and vinegar. I should have made it bigger... I also ordered sula tan and mapo tofu. On the way home, I bought frozen meat buns and anman buns.
