The ingredients are finely chopped and the rice is coated with fine oil, giving it a rich flavor. The salad had lettuce, cucumbers, onions, etc. topped with a sweet sesame dressing. The pickles were lightly pickled cucumbers and Chinese cabbage, and the Chinese cabbage had a nice refreshing flavor of yuzu. It was delicious.
