I'm amazed at the enthusiasm that goes into doing something like this at a private store. I enjoyed the fried rice today as well. Thank you. [I recommend fried rice rather than noodles...] All regulars order fried rice. There are many customers who order fried rice. The noodles at this restaurant are thin and refreshing, so tastes vary widely. If you are used to eating rich ramen these days, you will be quite shocked. Among these, the only unique noodle menu is curry soba. It's just regular soy sauce ramen topped with curry, but it's delicious and has a comforting taste. I'm sure the key is not to have curry-flavored ramen from the beginning, but to add a generous amount of curry afterwards. (Although the soup and hot water are not too small.) The curry served is simple, like something you would make at home, but it's filled with chunky chunks of pork, making it very filling. Curry-flavored ramen is pretty common in cup noodles, but you don't often see curry ramen in stores. Well, it's basically a fried rice restaurant, so it's worth remembering to order curry soba when you want to try something different from time to time. (It's not that it's super delicious, but it's a town Chinese restaurant that is comfortingly delicious.)

This is definitely a Showa era Chinese restaurant! The menu, taste, and atmosphere are all impressive for someone born in the Showa era.

This is a local Chinese restaurant in the town. Serious Chinese food is good, but town Chinese food is delicious as a separate dish.
