Kashiwa, Chiba, Japan｜Bun Sai Ka 文菜華

I received the lunch course ¥6000 x 2 & Taiwanese Tieguanyin tea ¥1100 (both tax excluded). When I asked how it was different from the other cheaper course, I was told that it came with shark fin soup and Peking duck, so I decided that as a gourmet gourmet, I wanted to try both. As expected, it's delicious.It goes beyond what I would imagine when it comes to high-end Chinese food.The tableware also looks French, not Chinese. Apparently the chef's master is a chef from Hong Kong, so I wouldn't use this for everyday use, but I think it's good for special occasions.

By using Kashiwa vegetables as much as possible Enjoy locally produced, locally consumed, seasonal vegetables and fish. I also like that each person can get their own piece of Peking duck or rockfish. Since it was after my birthday, I was told that there is a custom of eating peach buns. The buns were fluffy and the filling was delicious. Great hospitality I feel that the cost performance is good. I thought it was reasonable considering that you can receive this quality and service in Kashiwa. I would like to visit you again!

I heard from my friend, "There's a restaurant I want to take you to!", to eat Chinese 🤤💖 [Bunsaika Bunsaika] @Kashiwa - The deliciousness of the soup served at the start will permeate your body✨ It contains various ingredients~ Dried yam, dried meat, chicken, dried shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, Kesennuma shark's fin, dried scallops, goji berries. It's been steamed and heated for 2 hours 😳 The umami of the sea and mountains is tight! Peking duck was also delicious 🤤💕 Duck's fragrance is amazing, and the sweet miso feels even more delicious. One is not enough ♡ I wanted to eat more Xiao long bao too ♡ The soup just before was delicious, so this one is definitely delicious as well☺️ There's a bit of needle ginger on top, but it looks like a parakeet, and it's cute ww💓 - A kind chef who took the trouble to write the menu by hand 🥺✨ With delicious food and warm hospitality, I was able to spend a wonderful time with my friends *
