When Wang Lung was in Musashi-Urawa, I used to watch the Urawa Reds on TV several times, but since it was continental Chinese rather than Japanese-style Chinese, I honestly didn't like it because it was too authentically Chinese, but now... It has an elegant seasoning while retaining the authentic taste.

It's only for lunch, but I love the black sesame tantanmen here! Half fried rice is a set for lunch, but it is very satisfying.
