Go to a popular local restaurant. I ordered a lunch set. After choosing the main side dish, I chose dim sum, rice, Chinese porridge, or for some reason bread (lol), and it was 2,300 yen (tax included), which included today's soup, dessert, and one soft drink. Free refills on rice, Chinese porridge, bread and soup. Although it is called bread, it feels like a firm meat bun skin. It has a delicious buttery flavor. The rice is a little soft, and the porridge has a slight dashi flavor...a gentle flavor that would go well with black vinegar. I like it (lol) There are about 30 main side dishes to choose from, from meat and fish dishes to noodles and fried foods. My partner and I ordered super spicy Sichuan mala noodles and fish in black vinegar sauce, and after a while, the appetizers and dim sum were brought to us, and we were delighted by the size of the shrimp.We waited for the main dish, thinking that the fried meat was like a fritter. . As the title suggests, bright red Mala noodles appear. When ordering, someone asked me, ``This is a very spicy dish. Are you sure it's okay?'' But the samurai had no say in the matter, so I took it as a challenger. Since I was wearing a long white T-shirt, I was careful not to get my clothes dirty, so I put an apron on my clothes before eating. As Mahler's title suggests, the numbing sensation of the Japanese pepper was superior to that of the chili pepper, and although it did feel a little strong behind it, the complex flavors of the minced meat, soy sauce, and chili oil...this was delicious. Even though it claims to be super spicy, it's so delicious. The black vinegar sauce for the fish is also very filling, with ingredients such as mullet and chestnuts that make you think this is a specialty restaurant. So you can have any refills of rice. My stomach was so happy that I didn't have to eat anything until the next morning. It's no wonder it's popular. I want to go again. What shall I eat next? I'm already looking forward to it.
I visited for lunch. What I received was stir-fried seafood with spice powder and pork with black vinegar. Reasonably priced and filling! It was so delicious! There are still many items on the menu that I'm interested in, so I'll be visiting again!
