Kyoto, Japan｜Chinese Restaurant Saikou

We ordered sweet and sour pork, fried chicken, and spring rolls. All of it was delicious! And thank you for actually being open according to your hours. So many places around here say they're open online but closed when you get there. You were actually open and the service and food were great!

It's not a very promising restaurant (excuse me), but it's delicious! They have seasonal menus and other innovations. It is not authentic Chinese food, but uses ingredients from Kyoto. Opinions may be divided, but I personally liked it.
