Hikone, Shiga, Japan｜餃子省

Sets of dumplings/gyoza are really surprising. The chef is quite creative, trying to achieve different tastes, the "italian" gyoza with basil sauce is quite good. The atmosphere is curious, definitely worth checking and the staff are very friendly! Sadly i didn't took any pictures of the meal, someone who spoke englis adviced me, reasonable price too!

Definitely a hidden gem down an unassuming side street off of Bell Road. Delicious lunch sets...definitely go for the as-many-different-flavors-of-gyoza-as-you-can-fit-on-a-tray combo. Beautiful view of a Japanese garden out the back.

The parking lot can park about 5 cars in front of the store. It looks like a normal house. It felt like I was eating in the living room so I was able to relax (lol) While looking out at the garden from a seat facing the verandah, I ate 7 types of premium gyoza set meals♪ There are so many gyoza that I have never eaten before! The ramen looks delicious too 😆 Next time I would like to try the gyoza that was not available in the premium gyoza set meal 😅
