Today's lunch was at the Shenghua branch, and I ordered Seika's Wonton Noodles, Wonton Noodles and Seika's! The cliche wonton noodles (large serving). The first thing that surprised me was the speed at which the food came out. It took only 5 minutes from ordering to receiving the bowl, so I didn't even have time to look inside the store. As the name suggests, it's a large bowl of noodles, wontons are big enough, and the soup is a traditional light soy sauce ramen, a local Chinese favorite! I reaffirmed that ramen shops like this one that give you a traditional wabi-sabi feel are also fun.

Speaking of Shenghua, it's wonton ramen. When it comes to wonton ramen, it's Shenghua. These are people who have fallen into a deep hole. Although it is an old-fashioned ramen, the taste is still the same as when I was a child. You can eat the wontons first, eat them last, or slurp them up with the noodles. The noodles are thin and the thickness is typical. But that's the good thing. Good of good. What makes it even better is that it goes perfectly with soy sauce soup. Please try it once.
