Awesome little location super close to where we were staying. The food is freshly cooked, good portions, and big beer to boot! It was a quiet, and tiny location run by a single old man in a kitchen, and his personality was so nice. Great meal for a pretty good price! The hot food and atmosphere was perfect for a rainy day. Definitely recommend visiting if you get the chance.

This restaurant is not going to "wow" you with its looks or cleanliness but the warmth of a man who is doing it because he loves to. It's a one man show here and you come here for this cooking. Ordered the ramen and fried gyoza. 😋 We wish the chef many more healthy years.

Found this hidden gem just in front of Lake Kawaguchi Hotel. The fried rice and gyoza was the best we’ve had. The chef wraps each dumpling only when there’s an order! Must try place for those who want an authentic experience.
