Excellent Tsukesoba. Tsukesoba is the noodles dish served separately from the soup. You dip the noodles in to the soup and enjoy.

Enter the store at 11:40 on Sunday to secure the last available seat, and then wait for a seat. When I sat down and looked around, 90% of the people were eating tsukemen, but I ordered ramen for 780 yen, gyoza for 500 yen, and half-fried rice for 500 yen. The gyoza and fried rice tasted like traditional Chinese cuisine, and the ramen had modern soy sauce, which was also delicious. Kofu's downtown area is sparsely populated, but it makes sense that this place is full. I hope other shops follow suit and the whole town becomes lively.

I often saw it on TV programs and ate it when I traveled to Yamanashi. There were a lot of things I wanted to try, but at first I decided to go with Tsukesoba because it was the standard. It's really delicious with just the right amount of sourness and the soup stock. I thought it was a large amount, but I ended up eating it all in one go. The regulars (customers) each ordered a variety of menu items, so I'm sure all the menu items here are delicious. Next time I go to eat, I would like to try other menu items with thin noodles instead of Tsukesoba! It was delicious
