Handa, Aichi, Japan｜Seiryuen

My favorite Chinese Japanese place in the area. I really enjoy the Tan Tan men and the SuBuTa. Have been eating here for awhile. Great service as well. Friendly staff.

Came in right after it opened on Sunday. I was the first one without any customers. The inside of the store had a counter, tables, and a tatami room. This time, I chose a miso ramen set for lunch, which seems to be limited to autumn. The miso ramen soup was quite thick and had a lot of miso flavor, it had a lot of vegetables in it, and the chashu pork was melty and delicious. The noodles are thick and delicious. It also comes with Hana Shumai, and the meat and seasoning bring out the flavor well, which is also delicious. There was a choice between rice and almond tofu, but I chose rice. I liked the taste overall. There were a lot of staff, so it was easy to order, and the customer service was good.

Needless to say, the food is excellent. Another thing that surprised me was that even though it was very busy, they were still serving customers and taking orders. When I looked at the staff while I was waiting, I saw how efficient they were and how well they cooperated with each other, which made me feel good. There are some crappy stores, but this one is different. This will serve as a model for other stores.
