Visited a Chinese restaurant in Nakagawa Ward, Nagoya City for lunch around 13:00 on a weekday. I sat down at a table and ordered this menu. ★ Fried rice ramen (large serving of fried rice) 980 yen ◎ Delicious local Chinese lunch with both volume and value The parking lot is in front of the store, and the store is spacious with counter seats, table seats, and tatami mats. At this time, the number of customers was about 30%, and it seemed like the peak time had passed and things had calmed down. On this day, I was in the mood for some fried rice, so I came here to try something new. That's because I learned that you can order fried rice not only in a large size, but also in a special size. It's a so-called "charrer", but even if you order a large serving of fried rice, you'll still get change for just 1,000 yen. It's stir-fried with lard to give it a nice aroma, but it also has plenty of green onions among the ingredients, which gives it a good flavor. Although the seasoning is based on soy sauce, the combination with the lard gives it a slightly moist finish. The ramen has a deep flavor unique to local Chinese cuisine, and the flavor of seaweed added to the finish is an accent. If anything, the taste would be better described as Chinese noodles, and it's delicious on its own. I was curious about the other lunch menus, but I would like to try them when I visit again. Thank you for the meal.

Soryuen is a Chinese restaurant located in Jubancho, Atsuta Ward. This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in town. I especially like gyoza, Taiwanese ramen, special ramen, and Tenshinhan, which I think are the flavors that Japanese people like. The shrimp chili sauce is called shrimp, but it uses regular-sized, plump shrimp, which is also delicious. The gyoza are small, but each one has a lot of volume, so if you're alone you won't be able to enjoy all the different flavors, so I recommend going with a group of 3 or 4 people and sharing a portion. It's about 500m west of Rokubancho Station, so it's convenient to go by car. I think payment is only in cash.

I was hungry so I came to the store on the way home from Canal Resort. I was guided to a counter seat for one person. The recommended menu on the wall looked delicious, so I ordered it. It is a gomoku miso stir-fried rice called Janro rice, but it can be said to be Hoikoro rice, but it seems to be good for people who have a lot of words and lack of vegetables. It was delicious ♬
