I came here for lunch. I usually eat Taiwanese ramen, but today I changed my mind and tried beef tendon bowl. This is the correct answer. Beef tendons that are firm enough to leave just the right amount of texture are the best. It was not too sweet and the seasoning was my favorite seasoning. This is a confirmed repeat.
