It's my favourite restaurant so far

I ordered tonkotsu Taiwanese ramen and Chinese rice, both of which were delicious and had one serving. The proprietress is very friendly and speaks broken Japanese, and the price is 850 yen. The tea is kept at room temperature with only ice added, so people who like it at room temperature can drink it, and it's also nice that it doesn't get diluted. However, I don't like the downtown atmosphere.

I think the cost performance is high as there are a lot of set items for both day and night. The store clerk's aunty wasn't very good at Japanese, but she was kind and left a good impression. The inside of the store is small and not very spacious, but it's perfect for a solo player. The parking lot is shared by tenants, but it's good to have a decent number of parking spaces. I was intrigued by the spicy and unusual menu items, such as tomato dandan noodles, but I thought I'd go for a safe set first, so I opted for the special Taiwanese ramen and Tenjin rice set. It costs 200 yen more because I visit at night, but it's still 900 yen, which is wallet-friendly. The staff says that the special Taiwanese ramen is quite spicy, but is it okay? However, it is certainly spicier than regular Taiwanese ramen. There's a lot of spices in the hawk claws that I don't understand. In my opinion, it's somewhere between Ajisen's normal and American. Well, I think people who eat Arctic ramen can afford it. As for the taste, the spiciness was overwhelming so I wasn't sure if it was delicious or not (lol) The eggs in the Tenshin rice were not the fluffy type, but the seasoning was to my liking and it was very delicious. Overall, I felt it was a very good store. I would like to come back again when I want to eat Chinese food.
