This is a Taiwanese restaurant that has been around for 20 years. The clerk is not Japanese, and the customer service is broken in Japanese, but it is not a bad customer service. Excellent Chinese rice.

It comes with a regular size local fried rice. Vegetable salad, 2 pieces of fried chicken, fried rice, ramen, pickles, and almond tofu for 970 yen including tax. For ramen lunch, you can choose from tonkotsu, soy sauce, or Taiwanese ramen.
