I visited Shoen, which is not a Chinese restaurant but a Chinese restaurant, on a weekday lunchtime. We had a lunch of three types of dim sum and fried rice. Change the soup to shark fin. Soup with shark fin is obvious, but it's delicious. The fried rice is flavored with gentle ingredients, without the harsh taste of chemical seasonings. The three types of dim sum set, including shumai, which is packed with fillings, is also delicious. Finish with the dessert of almond tofu. It is different from ordinary almond tofu and has a twist.
