I found a delicious restaurant♪ Chinese food + Japanese sake lover = heaven. I visited you for dinner. Today, we had Japanese sake along with ``Mapo tofu (small size)'', ``Shrimp fried rice (small size)'', and ``Stir-fried chicken with Japanese pepper and chili peppers''. The spiciness of the mapo tofu was changed to extremely spicy. Wow, all the dishes are delicious! I had zucchini in stir-fried chicken with Japanese pepper, and this goes well with it. Mapo tofu is spicy and delicious. The shrimp in the shrimp fried rice are huge! You can see that the almond tofu uses real apricot kernels. The owner seems to like sake from Akita Prefecture, so you can enjoy delicious sake from the Tohoku region. I was happy to be able to enjoy delicious Chinese food and Japanese sake. Thank you for the meal.

I visited twice for lunch, the first time I ate mapo tofu and the second time I ate shrimp fried rice. You can choose the spiciness of your mapo tofu from three levels: no spicy, normal, and spicy. I chose spicy. The mapo tofu with a strong flavor of Japanese pepper went well with the rice. It was so spicy that even I, who likes spicy food, thought it was delicious. The second shrimp fried rice was surprised by the volume of the moment it came out and the size of the shrimp. It was very filling. The umami of the shrimp spread throughout the rice and was very delicious. The person who was with me asked for Dandan noodles, but the atmosphere was completely different from the Dandan noodles I knew. Next time I would like to order Dandan noodles. In addition, the tableware from Royal Copenhagen is used, and the "sticky table" and "smell of oil" that are common in Chinese restaurants are not bothering me at all. This is a restaurant where you can feel the owner's commitment to both the food and the interior.

Although I visited late in the day, they were very kind and guided me around. This is really delicious Dandan noodles.
