I bought the almond tofu for 800 yen as a souvenir, and it looked cute, tasted great, and had a great portion, so I recommend it. *The number seems to be limited. It seems that the seats are basically filled with reservations, so I think it is better to make a reservation in advance.

Some of the female staff members were a bit inexperienced, and there was an incident where I had the wrong order with the one at the table next to me. The food is very delicate and carefully prepared, and it is truly surprising that you can eat food of this quality in Hamamatsu City. Reservations are required. The announcement on Instagram said the place was full, but when I called in the morning, I was able to see if there had been a cancellation. As we were leaving, the chef who appeared on TV came out to greet us politely. It seems like they are holding events such as afternoon tea, so I would definitely like to go there sometime. The sweets were also very delicious.

From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was carefully prepared and delicious!I felt full because it was a new type of Chinese cuisine, but it didn't leave my stomach feeling heavy.I was also impressed by the beauty of the presentation and the tasteful tableware. The soup is excellent.
