After accidentally taking a nap, I found a Chinese restaurant that was open until 11:00 p.m. even when the restaurant was closed, so I could enjoy a late-night snack in peace. Fukishiba Mayo is shrimp mayo, and it seems to be the most popular item at this store.It is explained as ``our specialty shrimp mayo.''When I ordered it, I found that the large shrimp arranged in a beautiful circle were thick and thick. The batter on the surface is firm, so you can enjoy the crunchy texture as soon as you put it in your mouth. In addition, the generous amount of mayo sauce had a gentle sweetness and slightly sour taste in addition to the rich mayo, giving it a creamy texture. Additionally, the black and white sesame seeds sprinkled on top accentuated the texture and added color. The char siu fried rice was a fried rice with chunks of flame-grilled chashu, and the rice fell apart when you put it in your mouth, and the whole thing was delicious with a hint of pepper. The chasai went well with the boiled fried rice, and in contrast to the fried rice, it had a crunchy texture and a slightly spicy flavor.

Especially the shrimp mayo is exquisite and I order it every time I come here. It's open until 5:00 in the morning, so if you get hungry in the middle of the night, you can just pop in and grab a bite to eat. You can also park your car for free in the attached parking lot. This is a recommended Chinese restaurant. This is one of the best chinese in Hamamatsu. Ebimayo is the best, so if u have chance to go here, Try Ebimayo. Close at AM5:00 so if somebody wanna eat chinese in midnight, this is the place to eat. Free Car Parking is also available so car user friendly. I highly reccomend this chinese.
