2023.5.7 Lunch Sangokushi curry…980 yen, Tantanmen without soup…760 yen, Dried scallop shumai…400 yen A detached Chinese restaurant located in a residential area southeast of central Ichinomiya City. It's in the average Chinese category in terms of price, but when you look at the menu, you can immediately tell that it has a unique backbone. The blackboard menu includes the Sangokushi curry, a rich beef curry served with fried chicken and grilled pork. A truly high-quality and highly entertaining dish, including the accompanying spicy miso. The minced meat, chili oil, and shibama sauce are fused in a delicate balance, and the dandan noodles are more satisfying than the price. The flavor of the dried scallops is used skillfully as a hook for the shumai, making it clear that this is not just an ordinary dish.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the business days and timing did not match, so I was finally able to go. I had a sweet and sour pork lunch. The sweet and sour sauce is exquisite and goes well with the crispy pork. The side dishes were also delicious.
