I used it for lunch. My husband ordered the ramen set (ramen + fried rice), and I ordered the special Taiwanese ramen. The special Taiwanese ramen has a note that it is extremely spicy on the menu, and when I ordered it, my mother asked me, "Is it spicy?" Although it is labeled as super spicy, there are many shops that serve super spicy Taiwanese ramen that is covered in chili oil and is not spicy at all. I felt the salty taste was light, but as I continued to eat it, the meat miso that sunk to the bottom of the soup became more pronounced, and the taste gradually became clearer. It's a taste that you won't get tired of. I also had some of my husband's ramen and fried rice, both of which had a gentle taste. The fried rice was soft, had less oil, and had more toppings (the eggs were fluffy). The amount of food is normal, so if you go there thinking it's cheap and there's a lot, you might not be satisfied. It was my first visit, but when I was leaving, Mom talked to me and made me feel at home. I was told that you can change the meat miso of Yangchun noodles (Yangchun noodles/Taiwanese oil soba) to the super spicy meat miso of the special Taiwan ramen, so I will try it next time. 2022.5.19 Re-visit I disturbed you at dinner. I was happy that Mom remembered my face. I ordered stir-fried green vegetables, stir-fried pork and garlic sprouts, and Yang Chun noodles. When I ordered the Yangchun noodles, I asked them to make it as spicy as the special Taiwanese ramen (it seems that Taiwanese ramen can be made as well). Both individual dishes were delicious. The taste gave me confidence that no matter what I choose, it will be delicious. Because the meat miso itself of the super spicy Yang Chun noodles is sweet and spicy, the spiciness itself was milder than the special Taiwanese ramen. Even people who don't like spicy food might be able to eat it! I also like that the price remains the same even if you change the spiciness. This is a store I want to visit again and again.
