There is of course a showcase outside with many menu samples, but there is also a sign with a picture in front of the entrance. When you go inside, the main seats are table seats, and in the center there are round table seats that you often see in Chinese restaurants. It seems that there are two recommendations here, but due to the capacity of the stomach, one of them will be "omelet fried rice". The captain and vice captain are looking at the menu and looking for mistakes. That's why it's charming (lol) Then, I was really curious about the ``Saus Yakisoba'' that I found, and I started eating it. I placed an order at After a while, the omelet fried rice came, and at a glance, it was omelet rice with sauce on top of the egg. However, what you can see inside is fried rice.It's delicious fried rice with onions, ham, etc. The captain says, “The glimpses stir your imagination⤴️” That's true, but am I the only one who hears it as having a different meaning when the captain says it? The sauce on the omelet looks like a demi-glace sauce at first glance, but it's surprisingly miso-based.The combination of ingredients and sauce is delicious.I learned a new taste, but to be honest, I think it would be delicious even without the sauce. Masu. Next was the Yakisoba. It contained a small amount of seafood (squid and shrimp). I don't know if it wasn't good because I ate it right after the omelet fried rice, or if it was just that day, but I felt the sauce was a little strong. ｡But this is fine.This is delicious.
