Curious about the town Chinese food located right next to Meieki Station, I came here in search of my favorite food. This wonton noodle is prepared with a serious look by the young master, who seems to run it for two generations. When you take a sip, you will feel the depth of the ingredients unique to town Chinese. It's a hot evening outside, but for some reason the hot soup makes me happy. There were more wontons than I expected, and the smooth dough went down my throat. Curly noodles that felt a little softer, this sucks the soup and feels so delicious. The homemade char siu has a good balance of lean meat and fat, and it is also delicious. There was no set menu, so I wanted to eat fried rice if I had room in my stomach, but that's next time.
