I stopped by on my way home from running some errands in Chikusa Ward. It seems to be a popular restaurant, and I was able to sit down right away. There are 4 types of lunch, and my son had Hong Kong curry. I had snow crab fried rice. Both are 1580 yen. After a short wait, it was served on a tray with salad and corn soup. It was a surprising amount. Snow crab fried rice is hot, salty, mellow, and fluffy. It's very delicious. The corn soup is also very sweet and delicious. The curry that my son ate contained fried pork, which was thick. I tried some. I was wary of it being thick, but it was surprisingly soft. The curry is also delicious, so I can see why it's popular. It was delicious.

The local taste of Hong Kong is located about a 10-minute walk from Ikeshita Station in Nagoya. It's been a while since I last visited. Next time, I would like to try the Hong Kong-style deep-fried local chicken, which can be ordered by up to 4 people. A friend I went with had eaten there before and it was highly recommended. This is a deep-fried chicken that is the main dish in Hong Kong's Cantonese cuisine. Nagoya Cochin local chicken is coated with starch syrup and air-dried for a day and night. It is made crispy with peanut oil at over 300 degrees Celsius, has no odor, is soft, and is extremely delicious.
