Katsuura, Chiba, Japan｜Amakaraya

A shop I found when I was previewing the morning market. Visited on 12/29/2022 I entered because there were people who seemed to be locals lined up. The dandan noodles were delicious and I also added rice to drink the soup. Sorry for the in-between photos. The menu says that the pan-fried dumplings can be eaten without sauce, so I tried them, and they were just as delicious. Everyone should try it!

Since I came to Katsuura City, I ate Katsuura Tantanmen. There are shops that are just ridiculously spicy, but it was just the right amount of spiciness and I was able to finish the soup.
