More Comments at Google MapI found this place on Google Maps and the fried rice was highly rated, so I came here. The store is located in a residential area and may be difficult to find, but the parking lot is large and the store is located high above the road, so it's easy to find when you get close. I entered the store at 11am when it opened, and there were already two groups of customers, so I thought it was popular with locals. I was also interested in the ramen type, but I stayed true to my original intention and ordered fried rice. It was served in about 7 minutes after ordering, and there was no long wait as mentioned in other reviews. The fried rice is moist and the chopped naruto and chashu pork are also delicious. When I take a bite, I think it's a bland taste, but as I continue to eat it, there's something like umami and it doesn't feel that bland. It's like The Town Chinese fried rice that everyone will enjoy. This may be the most delicious moist fried rice I've ever eaten. Another plus point is that the soup that comes with it is egg soup rather than a simple ramen soup. All the other customers who came later also ordered tanmen, so next time I'll try either tanmen or the recommended bean sprout ramen. Even though the store is run by an elderly couple, it is kept well-maintained and feels clean. I was particularly impressed by how when the old lady was cleaning the table after the customers had finished eating, she was carefully wiping down each condiment.
I stopped by when I went to the Legal Affairs Bureau because it was nearby. I had the bean sprout ramen and half fried rice set. The soy sauce-based filling and thin noodles matched very well and it was very delicious. The half-fried rice was also perfectly seasoned. There was a parking lot for about 10 cars behind the building.
This shop is located in Mobara. It's located in a residential area, so you won't notice it unless you look it up. The parking lot is behind the store and is large, so I don't think you can park. I used it in the afternoon on a public holiday. There were several groups of people who seemed to be regulars in the store. There were quite a few seats, so I got a seat without waiting. Overall, I thought that I could be satisfied with any menu because the amount was large when I saw what other people ordered at a reasonable price. I ordered shrimp fried rice and gyoza. The dumplings are small but packed with ingredients, juicy and delicious. Shrimp fried rice was moist, ingredients such as char siu and naruto were rumbling, the taste was strong, and the shrimp was a pre-prepared type! It was very personal for me!
