I happened to stop by a Taiwanese restaurant and ordered a set of Taiwanese ramen and fried rice (880 yen including tax). There was a tablet, and I could order from there without saying a word. By the way, there are also buttons, which seems to be a consideration for people who are not used to using tablets. The Taiwanese ramen had a refreshing soy sauce-based taste, and the noodles were thick and chewy, with a good texture. Although the soup is refreshing, it mixes well with the noodles and goes well with it. It also contained hawk claws, but it didn't taste that spicy, and in fact, the spiciness was a nice accent. The fried rice has a surprisingly homey taste, and the taste is not overpowering.In fact, although it is diluted, it does not lose the flavor of fried rice, and goes well with ramen. The ingredients were also quite simple.
