I remembered the delicious taste of gyoza and had it for the first time in a few years, and the grilled gyoza here was meaty and delicious. I also had the chashu noodles, and the soup was refreshing and the green onion oil was effective, giving it a taste unique to a well-known homemade restaurant, unlike traditional Chinese restaurants or chain restaurants. It reminded me of the taste of the now-defunct Tsuchiura Hotaku that I used to eat for a long time. I was happy. Although the couple is elderly, this is an elegant Chinese restaurant that they want to keep forever.
