I came to the store because I was drawn to the photo of the single sweet and sour pork served with black vinegar. It seems that the price has recently increased from 1000 yen to 1200 yen (August or September 2022). I will post the lunch menu as of September 2022. It appears that the prices of all menu items other than Ippon Sweet and Sour Pork have increased by approximately 50 yen. Yes, it was as delicious as the reputation. The crispy grilled chunks of pork are mixed with a thick black vinegar sauce, and it doesn't feel greasy at all, which is very good. When you put a knife into it, it cuts crispy and is relatively soft, but the meat is delicious. However, the flavor was so strong that even with a large serving of rice, there was still 1/3 of the meat left over. The vinegar is strong, so if you don't mind the vinegar, I think even women can enjoy the meat, but unless you're a big eater, I think it's best to go with two people and replace half of the meat with another side dish. I liked it so much that I had pork and wood ear mushroom stir-fried with egg on another day. It's nice to have a lot of side dishes. The oyster sauce was delicious. The depth of flavor is just right. It's 850 yen (large size free, tax included) in 1 minute from the station, which is a great deal. Lunch drinks are 100 yen. 950 yen with coffee. I arrived at 1pm on a Friday, and I was more than surprised to find that my iced coffee came out in a little over a minute and the set meal came out in 4 minutes after ordering. Next is Happona. It's nice that it's not strangely thick. I thought they were using a commercial ingredient set, but the pork was obviously seasoned differently and the shrimp were fresh and plump, so maybe that's just part of it, but it's different. It's full of ginkgo nuts. The seasoning was light and delicious. At 11:30 on Saturday, there were no customers and the set meal came out in 5 minutes, so I wondered if Chinese stir-fries were like this even if the frying pan was cold. The store is pub-style, with shoe racks, no slippers, and payment by cash, card, or PayPay. There are quite a few seats. At noon, the lights were out in the back. At least the staff at lunchtime seem to be mostly Chinese people. If you don't speak loudly and clearly, people will misunderstand you (e.g., drink before meals). The food seems to be served quickly, but the accounting seems to be inefficient. It takes a lot of time to do individual accounting for a group of 6 people.

I visited ``Sankaien'', an authentic Chinese restaurant located in a convenient location 2 minutes walk from Chiba Chuo Station. This time I visited for lunch, but the restaurant has a rich lineup of Chinese dishes, so you can also enjoy it for dinner. It's a spacious restaurant with 180 seats, so it can be used as an izakaya after work, for girls' and moms' gatherings, and there are private rooms, so it can be used for a wide variety of occasions, such as entertaining, dates, and anniversaries. It's close to the station, has plenty of space, and offers a variety of all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink courses, so it's a perfect restaurant for large groups, such as corporate banquets and drinking parties, and you'll definitely be satisfied. The store is conveniently located not only for people in central Chiba but also for people in Honchiba and Higashi-Chiba. I will definitely visit again when I come to Chiba! !
